Diane has been in the financial industry since 1989, previously working as a Senior Financial Analyst for Dun and Bradstreet in the San Francisco Bay Area and as a Pension Administrator and Auditor in Eugene, OR.

In addition to maintaining SWM’s compliance program, Diane serves as the firm’s technology specialist. She has pioneered, designed and implemented several programs. She is an ‘Early Adopter’, a Beta Tester and is Piloting ‘Schwab OpenView Integrated Office’. She teaches, conducts training sessions and was a speaker at Charles Schwab IMPACT 2011 in San Francisco, CA.

Diane is a native Oregonian, a criminal justice major and a dabbler of amateur photography. She has extensive experience working with not-for-profit organizations such as BRING Recycling, CASA, Eugene Mission, Goodwill Industries, March of Dimes, and Relief Nursery. The Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce awarded her with the ‘Shining Star’ designation for outstanding community participation and volunteerism in 2002. Recreationally she enjoys gardening, golfing and going places.
