Community Participation
We offer employees a matching gift program whereby the company matches any donation an employee makes to a 501(c)(3) organization at a ratio of 2-to-1, up to an annual limit of $500 in matching contributions per employee.

Community Service
We are committed to a culture of volunteerism. We volunteer as a team for local non-profits. We also assist foundations and charitable organizations in setting up brokerage accounts for donor gifts and provide investment advice on a pro-bono basis that assists them with their fundraising goals.

Since 1976, McKenzie River Gathering Foundation has given out over $11 million in grants. MRG pools the financial resources of Oregon’s progressive community and distributes it back to grassroots groups working on a wide range of social change issues.
